Refund & Return Policy – Injectables, Peptides, Exosomes & Stem Cell–Derived Products
All services and products provided by VITALLOGIC are final sale. Due to the medical, biologic, and personalized nature of these treatments, no refunds or returns are permitted once treatment has been rendered or products have been dispensed.
Injectable Treatments
Injectable services peptides, exosomes, and stem cell derived injectables, are non-refundable and non-returnable once administered.
Refunds will not be issued for:
•Dissatisfaction with results
•Change of mind after treatment
•Normal or expected post-treatment effects (swelling, redness, bruising, tenderness)
•Variations in results due to individual response or metabolism
•Outcomes not meeting personal expectations
In rare cases of a documented medical error or a confirmed adverse reaction directly attributable to the treatment, corrective care or partial refund may be considered at the provider’s discretion following clinical review.
Non-Injectable Peptides, Exosomes & Stem Cell–Derived Products
All non-injectable peptides, exosomes, stem cell–derived products, supplements, or biologic-based therapies are non-refundable and non-returnable once purchased or dispensed, whether opened or unopened.
Refunds will not be issued for:
•Intolerance, sensitivity, or lack of desired effect
•Improper storage or use by the client
•Failure to follow provider instructions
•Personal decision to discontinue use
Packages, Memberships & Prepaid Services
All packages, memberships, and prepaid treatment plans are non-refundable and non-transferable. Unused sessions or products may expire according to the terms disclosed at the time of purchase.
Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
•Disclosing full medical history
•Following all pre- and post-treatment instructions
•Understanding that results vary and are not guaranteed

By proceeding with treatment or purchasing products, the client acknowledges understanding and acceptance of this Refund & Return Policy and confirms that all treatments and products have been fully explained.
